Print-on-Demand Products
All our products are custom-made to order through our trusted print-on-demand partner, Printify. This means each item is created especially for you after you place your order.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of our products, we can only accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
- Defective products: Items with printing errors, damaged during shipping, or manufacturing defects
- Wrong items: If you received an incorrect product
- Quality issues: Items that don't meet our quality standards
How to Request a Return
If you believe your item qualifies for a return or exchange, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item showing the issue
- A brief description of the problem
What We'll Do
Once we review your request, we'll either:
- Send you a replacement product at no additional cost
- Issue a full refund to your original payment method
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Items you simply changed your mind about
- Products with no defects or quality issues
- Items returned after 30 days from delivery
